You have 1 month from the date your product is received to exchange your product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
CLEAR (Clearance) Items CANNOT be Exchanged or Returned!
Not what you wanted or just didn't fit? No problem lets exchange for another size or item (subject to availability). You can email us at rodeodurangointl@gmail.com - we will work with you so you can enjoy our products!
Feel free to just go to your nearest UPS or US Post Office and return to our address 15151 Garfield Ave Paramount CA 90723 United States. Make sure to write what you'd like to exchange to on the receipt we included in your purchase.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges. A return shipping label is not provided. Once we have your guaranteed size sorted out we will cover the return to you!
Compare prices on shipping labels before you purchase one at UPS or USPS but we recommend checking out the website "PirateShip" they offer a lower price on shipping labels. For example, the USPS charges you retail $15-20 for priority mail where pirate ship can cut the cost by almost half. Again, compare the prices yourself!
